I cannot put into words how amazing Deandre was at our wedding ceremony and reception. He was so organized, gave us song suggestions, provided a spreadsheet for us to fill out to organize our big day. We turned the spreadsheet in and he did the rest!!! He should be considered a DJ/coordinator because he really is more than just a DJ. He helped us plan the entire ceremony and reception! The best part about using Deandre is that he is SO FUN!! Not only did he make great song selections that all of the guests LOVED, but they also loved him! He kept the guests excited and having fun throughout the entire reception. There were absolutely no dull/boring moments thanks to Deandre! We received compliments all night long about how fun and great the DJ was! We would highly highly recommend Deandre to everyone!!

“In short: DeAndre was amazing. From the preparation for the reception to the actual event, DeAndre was nothing but enthusiastic, helpful, and accommodating of our situation.
Although we planned our St. Louis wedding from Texas, DeAndre was consistently in contact with us and answered any questions we had. He also made the time to meet with us face-to-face each time we were in St. Louis to make sure that he knew exactly what we wanted and that we knew exactly what he was planning.
Throughout the planning process he offered many suggestions that made the timeline of the evening go smoothly. We had been to a lot of weddings lately and there always seems to be some snag in the timeline that makes the guests hungry, or bored, or wishing they were on the dance floor. Thanks to DeAndre, we our guests didn’t experience any of that. From a recommendation on when to cut the cake, to when to do toasts, shoe game, first dances, etc., DeAndre knew exactly what to do, and when, to make sure the flow of the reception was perfect. After the reception, we heard nothing but great things about how smooth the night went and how they liked how we kept things moving and gave people more time to dance.
DeAndre was also a great MC. He enthusiastically did everything from the introductions of the wedding party, to the shoe game, to the transitions between the cake cutting, toasts, first dances, etc. Their are some weddings where, quite frankly, people don’t pay attention to what’s going on, but DeAndre made sure everybody was.
Most importantly, DeAndre kept the dance floor alive all night long. We ended up with closer to 2 hours of dancing and there was not one second where the dance floor was empty. From college friends, to family friends, to little cousins, there were always people dancing, having a good time. The range of music DeAndre played fit every crowd of people we had and when he thought things were slowing down, he played something that got everybody back on the dance floor.
I cannot speak highly enough of DeAndre. Finding a DJ was the one thing that my wife left for me to do on my own and, now a month later, my wife still talks about how perfect our wedding was and how it would not have been like that without DeAndre.”

We would highly recommend DJ Dre to anyone who is looking for DJ services. We knew he was going to do a fantastic job from the first time we met with him! DeAndre insisted we meet with him at least three times prior to the wedding because he genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple, what we wanted at our wedding and because he wanted to make sure that our day went not only smoothly – but perfectly. Dre’s commitment and professionalism played a big role in our day going perfectly!
First off, the equipment he uses is top-notch. I’ve been to so many weddings where you can’t hear people’s speeches because the sound quality isn’t clear or the volume is too loud or soft. My 72-year-old mom had no problem hearing the officiant during the ceremony or any of the speeches during the reception. Volume and clarity was perfect. This is also the case with the music choices he played during dinner. They were loud enough for people to hear but not too loud where guests couldn’t converse with one another while they enjoyed their meal.
I think the thing that I was most impressed with that evening was DeAndre’s ability to be extremely professional and polite – while also remaining positive, enthusiastic and fun. His energy is infectious and we had guests of all ages (with a variety of different music tastes) up on the dance floor having fun for the entirety of the reception. It was awesome how he read our guests and played the music that they wanted to hear! I loved that his focus was not only on making sure your night went smoothly and stayed on schedule but also that your guests were really enjoying themselves (which is what it’s all about!)

I can’t say enough great things about Deandre’s DJ services. He is completely professional, easy to work with, a great listener and so much fun! He made sure to touch base with us prior to our event to be sure he was clear on what we needed. He took our event to the next level! He played all of the songs we requested prior to the event as well as took many requests from all the kids in attendance. The music was completely appropriate for young ladies and families. He was always happy to get out on the dance floor and help us out if some of us older folks didn’t know the latest dance steps…or needed some reminders on the ones we used to know way back when. He had super fun games that the kids and adults loved participating in and made our event so much fun! We will definitely hire him again for more events and would recommend him highly!

Wow! Deandre is the most compassionate, dedicated, and hard working man. With a struggle to find the “right” disc jockey, when we met Deandre months in advance from our wedding, he more than exceeded our expectations. He wanted to make sure he knew us by the time of our wedding. With that being said, we met with Deandre four times on Sunday’s. Yes, truly dedicated to his passion of music, to take time to meet with us on Sunday’s. Throughout our meetings, we discussed music tastes and the schedule of events for our reception. Deandre used his t.v. screens to create a slideshow from the pictures we gave him. He cropped and edited all of our photographs, which were a big hit with our relatives and friends. His attention to detail made our night one to remember for not only us, but for all of those in attendance. Deandre played all the music we wanted to hear and was engaging our crowd by keeping them on the dance floor. Our guests were very impressed with Deandre’s talents toward music and expressed over and over again how much fun they had at our reception. We will never be able to thank Deandre for all of his time, talents, and energy that he put into making our day extraordinaire. As icing on the cake Deandre is very reasonable and even more that, he has a heart of gold and truly cares about each of his clients.
